The Grounded Lizard is a membership-based creative and sensory wellness space that centers sensory accommodations and celebrates neurodivergent experiences.
It’s designed for anyone who craves meaningful connection, nervous system regulation, and a place to belong—outside of bars, coffee shops, and overstimulating environments. Here, creativity flows, community grows, and everyone is encouraged to show up exactly as they are!
Our Atmosphere
We’re crafting a sensory-conscious space where nervous systems calm and creativity flourishes. Engage in activities like art, pottery, crafting, music, dance, or find cozy corners to read, knit, relax, and connect.
